MacFit360 Personal Training Studio Ltd. and its subsidiaries (“Macfit360 Studio” or ” MacFit360 Fitness & Performance Ltd “) have established this Web Privacy Policy to explain how we treat information we collect from you through www.macfit360.com, including any sub-domains (“Sites”). This Policy does not apply to personal information collected from you in other ways, including in MacFit360 studios, or through websites that we do not own or control. 1. Collection of Information.

We may collect information that identifies you as an individual (“Personal Information”) on our Sites.

Account Creation
In order to use www.macfit360.com, you may be required to register, create an account and, if applicable, agree to certain additional terms and conditions relating to the services available through the website. To register and create an account, you will be required to provide certain contact information, including your first and last name, date of birth, email, phone number and password chosen by you. We will use the email address you provide to send a confirmation email, service-related notifications, scheduling confirmations and to send you other relevant emails based on your preferences.

Member Interest Groups 
You may join member interest groups focused on your health or fitness interests through www.macfit360.com. If you join an interest group, we will send emails to you with announcements, updates and information related to your interest areas.
